We are gearing up to launch a brand new cheese that has been 18 months in the making and we wanted to give you, as fellow cheese lovers, a chance to get in ahead of the official launch next month. 

For now, we're not going to tell you too much about it. Just that it's made from the milk of cows that graze the fields surrounding the Distillery in West Dorset, the same as our award-winning Deluxe Cheddar Cheese. The taste is creamy and wonderful - a single mouthful of molten pleasure.
