Delivery and returns

We offer free delivery on orders £50 and over. Otherwise delivery costs £1.99 per order.

Please note that we only deliver to UK mainland only (this does not include Northern Ireland). All orders are processed before 12noon, Monday to Thursday. They are carefully wrapped and delivered within 2-4 working days. 

Timings may vary during Bank Holidays.

If your delivery address is in London, you may be able to select a faster, emissionless delivery option courtesy of our partner Quiver - depending on the time of day, this may include Immediate (within 1 hour), Same Day (before 8pm), Next Day and Delivery Window (select your preferred delivery slot). Quiver operate 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays - if you need any assistance with your Quiver delivery please email


We are sorry to hear that you are returning a product. However, we understand that from time to time this will happen. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – the products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that cheese cannot be returned.

All returns must be received by Black Cow within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for either a refund or credit note. Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery. A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery. We do not accept exchanges for returns.

To complete your return, please contact us with a receipt or proof of purchase (name and order number). You must obtain proof of postage for your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items damaged due to insufficient returns packaging will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Faulty or damaged goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email ( within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or refund with you.
