A winter martini combining Black Cow & English Strawberries with sloe liqueur and a touch of vermouth, served stirred and chilled.
Ingredients
Black Cow & English Strawberries, 50ml
Sloe Liqueur, 15ml
Vermouth, 5ml
Sloe Liqueur, 15ml
Vermouth, 5ml
Step by step
Combine and stir all ingredients in an iced beaker.

Double strain into a Martini or Nic and Nora glass

Garnish with 'sloe' olive.
