ROSE PETAL MARTINI
An elegant, softly floral martini. Black Cow & English Strawberries is shaken with fresh lemon, honey rose syrup and egg white for a light, silky finish.
Ingredients
Black Cow & English Strawberries, 70ml
1 egg white
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 part honey, ½ part water, ½ rose water
1 part honey, ½ part water, ½ rose water
Step by step
Shake egg white in empty shaker

Add vodka and syrup and a squeeze of lemon

Add ice and shake
~
Double strain into a nick & nora glass. Garnish with a rose petail.
