Not one for the faint of heart. A serious Bloody Mary giving us Roast Chicken flavours and garnished with spectacularly ghastly roasted chicken feet.


50ml Black Cow vodka
100ml tomato juice
20ml chicken stock
10ml lemon juice
Pinch of paprika
Grated horseradish
Pinch of sage and rosemary sea salt
Chicken feet

Step by step

Wash the chicken feet in warm water with a dash of vinegar.
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on sea salt and crack black pepper. Roast for 50 minutes. 
Build all other ingredients in your glass and give it a good mix. 
Garnish with roasted chicken feet seasoned with salt and chilli powder.
