Ingredients
Black Cow, 25ml
Morello cherry eau de vie, 10 ml
Strawberry purée, 15ml
Lemon juice, 10ml
Topped with English sparkling wine
Step by step
Around the rim, spray oils from the zest of an orange and discard.

Mix all ingredients and top with the sparkling wine.

Garnish with 1 mint sprig floating in the glass.
