Tom's Bloody Mary


Tom’s is a refined multi award winning family run restaurant opened by Chef Patron Tom Robinson dedicated to showcasing stunning local produce. A wonderful place on the seafront to enjoy a Black Cow Bloody Mary and watch the world go by. 


Black Cow vodka, 50ml 
Spice mix, 35ml 
(Worcestershire sauce, three dashes of Tabasco, a squeeze of lemon, and large pinch celery salt),
Spoon of olive brine
Pinch of salt

Step by step

Tumble over ice until chilled.
Strain into a tall glass of ice.
Garnish with cracked black pepper and lemon
