Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar and Black Cow White Star are made from the milk of cows that graze the fields surrounding the Distillery in West Dorset.
Aged for a minimum of 12 months in thick black wax, the cheese has an incredibly intense and rich flavour, not to mention a satisfyingly crumbly texture.
Black Cow White Star, our new soft white cheese, with a natural bloomy rind and boasts a creamy flavour profile.
