Tongue & Peat


Is there a creepier and yet more indulgent pairing than a Bloody Mary and black pudding? We’ll wait. For added luxury, this recipe gets its smokiness from heavily peated whisky finished with sweet chilli jam.


35ml Black Cow vodka
5ml peated whisky
3 x dashes of red Tabasco
5ml lemon juice
75ml Tongue & Peat tomato juice
Crack of black pepper
Pinch of sea salt

Step by step

Build in a glass and give a good mix.
Serve with black pudding and a spoonful of chilli jam.
