Black Cow infused in dittander, a herb that grows close to the water and has a mustard-like wasabi flavour to it.
Black Cow vodka infused with dittander leaves, 60ml
Dry sherry, 10ml
Pinch of fresh marjoram
Oil from the zest of a lime
2 drops of rapeseed oil
Step by step
Put all ingredients except seaweed into mixing glass.
Add cubed ice and stir, then strain into a glass.
Garnish with seaweed spaghetti and 2 drops of rapeseed oil on the surface of the liquid.
