Black Cow infused with coffee beans, 50ml
Half of a perfectly ripe avocado
Best single cream, 50ml
Simple syrup, 10ml
One stock of mint leaves stripped and roughly torn by hand
Garnish with edible grasshopper

 Step by step

This recipe requires a bit of preparation, firstly you will need some edible grasshoppers available from SousChef.

Secondly the Black Cow should be infused with coffee beans overnight. Roughly 1 bean for every 10ml you are infusing.

Thirdly and finally, it also requires a simple syrup which as the name would suggest is incredibly simple! 1 part water to 1 part sugar. Heat the water and agitate until the sugar dissolves completely, then allow to cool.

Muddle the avocado and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add the coffee infused vodka, single cream, simple syrup then ice. Shake hard and double strain into a glass.

Garnish with an edible grasshopper and serve some more alongside for good measure.
