TARANTINI

An indulgent dessert-style martini created by Massimiliano Terrile at Good Godfrey’s, The Waldorf Hilton. Black Cow Vodka is shaken with amaretto and strawberry conserve, finished with a softly set layer of cream.

Ingredients

Black Cow vodka, 35ml
Amaretto, 25ml
Strawberry conserve, 15ml
Double cream, to top
Optional - amaretto crumble


Step by step

Add all the ingredients except cream to shaker, add cubed ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass.

In a separate shaker, add cream, shaking without ice. This will allow the cream to set on the surface of the liquid.

Pour the cream down the shaft of a bar spoon onto the cocktail, this will help the process of setting.
