Summer Lodge | Black Mary

A wonderful, fiery twist on the classic Bloody Mary from our friends at Summer Lodge.  


Black Cow infused with black garlic, 35ml
Yuzu or lemon juice, 15ml
Miso paste,  ½ teaspoon
Soy sauce, few drops
Wasabi paste, dash 
Tomato juice, 200ml

Step by step

Combine all in a shaker with cubed ice, hard shake.
Double strain into a per-cooled Hurricane glass.
Garnish with seaweed and a celery stick.
