Black Cow & English Strawberries vodka, 180ml

One small watermelon

One punnet of strawberries

The juice from two limes

Half a chilli (optional for those who like their spice)

One cup of ice

Fresh mint to garnish

Cut the watermelon into cube sized pieces, remove the seeds and place into a blender.

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut in half, and add them to the blender too (add the chilli now if you said yes to this option, de-seed it before blending).

Juice the limes and pour in the vodka, add ice and blitz. You may have to do this in halves depending on the size of the blender.

Pour mixture into your glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
