STRAWBERRY SPRITZ
A light, refreshing spritz combining Black Cow & English Strawberries with crisp soda, fresh strawberries and fragrant mint for a bright, fruity cocktail with a clean, sparkling finish.
Ingredients
Black Cow & English Strawberries, 50ml
Soda water to top - we recommend Fevertree White Grape & Apricot soda
Fresh or 'wonky' strawberries
A leaf of fresh garden mint to garnish

Step by step
Add the Black Cow & English Strawberries to a tumbler with ice.
-Top with soda water

Add the slices of strawberry and stir.

Garnish with mint. Sip and savour in the sunshine.
