STRAWBERRY MARTINI
A crisp strawberry martini made with Black Cow & English Strawberries, dry vermouth and fresh lemon, and muddled strawberry, balanced with a light touch of honey.
Ingredients
Black Cow & English Strawberries, 50ml
Dry vermouth, 5ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 5ml
Fresh strawberry muddled
Touch of honey water (diluted honey)
Dry vermouth, 5ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 5ml
Fresh strawberry muddled
Touch of honey water (diluted honey)
Step by step
Muddle the strawberry in the bottom of your shaker.

Add all other ingredients and cubed ice.

Stir hard.

Double strain into chilled martini glass.
