Ingredients
Black Cow + English Strawberries vodka, 50ml
Juice of one lime
One egg white
Honey to taste
Step by step
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for five seconds without ice to build up a good froth.

Add cubed ice and then shake for a further few seconds before pouring into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
