PURE MILK PASSION
A bright, tropical martini made with Black Cow Vodka, passion fruit and fresh lime, finished with vanilla and served with a sparkling wine side.
Ingredients
Black Cow, 50ml
Passion fruit puree, 50ml
Vanilla, 10ml
Fresh lime, 25ml
Sparkling wine, 25ml
Freeze dried raspberries, 10g
Sparkling wine, 25ml
Freeze dried raspberries, 10g
Step by step
Add Black Cow, lime and passion fruit into a shaker with ice.

Garnish the side of the martini glass with freeze dried raspberry dust.

Hard shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Serve with a shot of sparkling wine.
