Ingredients
Black Cow vodka,50ml
Pear puree, 20ml
Lemon juice,10ml
Ginger ale, to top
Cinnamon, to finish
A slice of pear, to garnish
Step by step
Add the Black Cow, pear puree and lemon juice with cubed ice to a shaker and shake thoroughly.

Strain over ice into a hi-ball glass and top up with ginger ale.

Garnish with a pear fan lightly dusted with cinnamon.
