Black Cow vodka, 50ml

Tomato juice, 100ml

Yuzu or lime juice, 10ml

Teaspoon of wasabi paste  

Teaspoon of pickled ginger juice 

Dash of soy sauce 

Dash of fish sauce 

Sprinkle of celery salt 

Dried anchovies for garnish 

Step by step

Add wasabi paste to a mixing glass with yuzu and ginger juices, soy and fish sauces, stir to combine
Add cubed ice, tomato juice and Black Cow
Stir until well chilled
Serve in a cup with a dried anchovy garnish and celery salt
