Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Lime Juice, 25ml
Honey & Ginger syrup,15ml
Topped with Palmers Ginger Beer

Step by step
Add all the ingredients to highball glass except the ginger beer.

Add cubed ice and stir for around 10 seconds until sufficiently chilled.

Add ginger beer and garnish.

Put equal parts chopped fresh ginger, hot water and honey into a blender, sieve out and bottle.
