LILAC'S APPLEMINT SMASH
A fresh, vibrant cocktail from our friends at Lilac, combining Black Cow Vodka with apple mint, bright lemon and a touch of Somerset Cider Brandy. Finished with soda water, it’s a light, refreshing serve with layers of citrus, orchard fruit and herbal flavour.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Somerset Cider Brandy XO, 10ml
Lemon juice, 25ml
Sugar syrup, 25ml
Apple Mint, 10 x leaves
Top up with soda water
Garnish with dried apple and fresh Apple Mint sprig

Step by step
Put the leaves into a glass with the sugar syrup and the brandy and muddle gently.

Fill the glass with ice and add the lemon juice and Black Cow vodka.

Stir well and top up with soda water.

Garnish with fresh dried apple piece and fresh spring of Apple Mint.
