50ml Black Cow vodka
100ml Tomato juice
10ml onion brine
Half teaspoon of French mustard
5ml lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt
Cracked black pepper

Step by step

Build in a glass and give a good mix.
Garnished with three pickled onions, boiled egg, spinach, pork crackling and Black Cow cheddar
