KANGAROO
A bold, savoury martini invented by China Morbosa and served at The Eveleigh in Los Angeles. Black Cow Vodka is stirred with gin, dry vermouth and bespoke Truckle bitters for a layered, characterful serve.

Ingredients
2 dashes of Truckle drops (Bespoke bitters created by Miracle Mile Bitters)
Dry vermouth, 1/4oz
Aviation Gin, 1/2oz
Black Cow vodka, 1.5oz
Step by step
Stir all ingredients together with ice.

Strain and pour into a Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with a pickled onion.
