Dirty Martini at The Savoy
Created by Giannis Sitanos of The Savoy's American Bar, named the World's Best Bar in 2017.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 60ml
Cocchi Dry Vermouth, 15ml
Savoy Bitters, 3 drops
Muddled olives, 2-3
Step by step
Pit olives and muddle in the base of a Boston glass.

Add Black Cow vodka and Cocchi dry vermouth.

Top with cubed ice and stir.

Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a pair of olives.
