
Just as bars and restaurants fire back up again, Black Cow’s roving Destination Cocktail series is making a comeback! The series highlights a handful of industry greats shaking up Black Cow across the world. It’s also an excuse for us to sample a cocktail or two…
First up, Swift
Named the 33rd World’s Best Bar, with venues in Soho and Shoreditch, Swift has an impeccable attention to detail paired with a knowledge and skill that gives them a certain edge.
We dropped in to sample its Encore cocktail: Coconut-infused Black Cow vodka, Cocchi Americano, Suze. Watch the film of the cocktail being mixed below.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka infused with toasted coconut, 40ml
Cocchi Americano, 20ml
Suze, 7.5ml
1.1. sugar syrup, 5ml
Dash of orange bitters
Hand-crafted ice sphere, 1 large
To garnish:
1 bay leaf, and a spray of lime zest.
Served in a tulip glass
Step by step
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.

Add the cubed ice and stir.

Pour into glass with hand carved ice sphere and garnish with bay leaf and a spray of lime zest.
