Ingredients

Cucumber, 3 wheels
Pinch of smoked sea salt
Lime juice, 3/4 oz
Suze, 3/4 oz
St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 3/4 oz
Black Cow vodka, 2oz
Top with soda, about 1.5oz

Step by step

Add all ingredients into a shaker.

Muddle and then shake all ingredients.

Pour into a Collins glass over ice and top with about 1.5oz of soda water.

Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
