Ingredients
Christmas Spirit, an inch or so
Champagne or sparkling wine, to top
The zest of an orange
Step by step
Pour an inch of Christmas Spirit vodka into a coupe glass

Top with Champagne

Use a peeler around the orange to cut a long strip of orange peel.

Twist the peel over the glass, releasing some of the zest into the cocktail, then place on the edge of the glass as a garnish.
