SOUR COW
A smooth take on the classic sour, combining Black Cow Vodka with fresh lemon, sugar syrup and silky egg white for a rich, balanced cocktail with a crisp citrus finish.

Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 25ml
Sugar syrup, 15ml
1 egg white
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Cherry to garnish
Step by step
Shake all ingredients with ice.
-Strain back into shaker.

Dry shake without the ice and finely strain into a rocks glass over ice.
