Black Cow Lemon Pasta

We’re all about celebrating the versatility of Black Cow: it’s perfect to sip on but also works beautifully in food. To celebrate summer and the start of long evenings dining outdoors, we’ve teamed up with Clarence Court on this delicious lemon pasta, using both Clarence Court eggs and Black Cow vodka.

Tipo 00 pasta flour, 400g
Large lemons, 4
 Thick cream, 250ml
Chopped parsley, 65g 
Parmesan cheese, 150g 
Pepper, 1 teaspoon
Salt, 1 tablespoon
