TOM'S TOMMARTINI
Tom's Tommartini is pure genius. The savoury notes of the the tomato consume compliment our smooth Black Cow Vodka with just a hint of sweet balsamic. We think it might be one of our favourite cocktails ever.
Ingredients
Black Cow, 50ml
Tomato consume, 25ml (cherry tomatoes blended with salt and basil hung in a muslin cloth overnight)
Teaspoon of Fattoria Estate Condimento Bianco
Step by step
Stir over ice until chilled.

Rim a chilled martini glass with balsamic.

Strain into a martini glass.

Serve with a peeled cherry tomato.
