Tom's Tommartini is pure genius. The savoury notes of the the tomato consume compliment our smooth pure milk vodka with just a hint of sweet balsamic. We think it might be one of our favourite cocktails ever.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Tomato consume, 25ml
(cherry tomatoes blended with salt and basil hung in a muslin cloth over night)
Teaspoon of Fattoria Estate Condimento Bianco,

Step by step
Stir over ice until chilled.
