Juice from assorted citrus fruits - orange, pink grapefruit, lemon & lime 
Honey
Soda water 
Pink Himalayan rock salt 
Pickled mango

Step by step

Coat the rim of a tall glass with the rock salt, then fill with ice.

Add all the ingredients and stir.

Garnish with pickled mango and dehydrated orange wheel.
