Supporting rising star Sadie Clayton at her futuristic autumn/winter 2016 collection at the Cafe Royal.
Sadie’s collection was stunning with an all-black colour palette teamed with metal embellishments, Swarovski crystals, heavy jewellery and copper accessories.
The head barman at The Cafe Royal Tawa created a cocktail especially for the evening, the Cooper T.
Copper T
50ml of Black Cow
40ml of Pomegrante juice
20ml of Lime juice
10ml of sugar syrup
2 drops of Orange and Mandarin Bitters
Serve in coupette.
Apparently the inspiration for this came from, Sadies collection which was based around copper and T for Tawa and Sadie being from Yorkshire play with words Cuppa T!
