Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 50ml
Kamm and Sons aperitif,25ml
Cold brewed Cocchi Vermouth di Torrino, 25ml
A twist of orange peel, to garnish
Step by step
To make the cold brew vermouth, put 100g of ground coffee in 750ml of Cocchi. Leave that to infuse overnight in the fridge.

Strain out the coffee grounds.

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with cubed ice, stir, and strain into a rock glass.
