This classic Italian aperitif screams of summer. Hailing originally from 15th century Venice, the Italians traditionally served the Sgroppino as a palate cleanser between meals, however we think it works equally well before or after eating, or enjoyed on it's own, eyes closed, dreaming of warmer climes.

Black Cow vodka, 30ml
Lemon sorbet
Bottle of English Sparkling Wine

Step by Step
Place a small scoop of lemon sorbet into a stemmed glass.-
Add vodka and mix well with a long spoon.

Top with English Sparkling wine.
