Ingredients
Apple juice (we prefer Temperley), 1.5 Litre
Half a grated nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks, 2
Skin from 1 orange and juice
Honey, 2 tbsp
Cloves, 6
Fresh ginger, 2 slices
Star anise, 1
Cardamom seeds, 6
Black Cow vodka, 400ml

Step by step
Warm all ingredients together in a pan.
