DIRTY MARTINI AT THE SAVOY

A classic Dirty Martini from The Savoy’s American Bar, combining Black Cow Vodka, dry vermouth, Savoy bitters and muddled olives.

Ingredients

PBlack Cow vodka, 60ml

Cocchi Dry Vermouth, 15ml
-
Savoy Bitters, 3 drops
-
Muddled olives, 2-3 


Step by step

Pit olives and muddle in the base of a Boston glass.

Add Black Cow vodka and Cocchi dry vermouth.

Top with cubed ice and stir.

Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a pair of olives.
