Ingredients
50ml Black Cow vodka
20ml cloudy apple juice
10ml ginger syrup (optional for an extra kick)
Ginger ale
20ml cloudy apple juice

1 x fresh apple
Gingerbread biscuits
Step by step
Place all the ingredients except the ginger ale into the glass, add cubed ice and top with ginger ale.

Garnish with sliced apple and a piece of stem ginger from the same jar as the syrup if you chose to.
