Bragging doesn’t come very naturally to us, but as we celebrate our 10th year, we thought we’d let you know about some pretty amazing awards we’ve won recently.
Our local Taste of the West Awards saw all of our products rank highly, with Black Cow vodka, English Strawberries and our Cheddar Cheese all awarded GOLD. The west plays home to so many exceptional producers and we’re thrilled to be recognised alongside many of our West Country friends.
On a national scale, Black Cow vodka WON the vodka category at the Great British Food Awards! Launched in 2014 to celebrate the country's finest food and drink products, these prestigious awards were judged by some of the country’s most talented chefs and tastemakers and there were some truly fabulous products in our category, which makes winning truly incredible.
Industry wise, The Spirits Business hosted The Global Spirits Masters Competition The Vodka Masters 2022 in August determined the vodka brands with the best liquid inside the bottle. In the Super Premium category, Black Cow vodka came out on top.
Black Cow vodka was hailed as “really interesting and unusual”, noted Pamplin. Tasting notes from her panel included “warm, toasty porridge on the nose” leading to a “sweet and buttery” palate with some “lovely smoky notes”.
Over the last 10 years, we’ve put a lot of thought and work into crafting Black Cow products for you to enjoy. We have always been committed to creating an outstanding product responsibly and it’s wonderful to have that effort recognised by these awards.
