BLACK COW NYMPHS
A collection of light, no-sugar serves combining smooth Black Cow Vodka with fresh citrus, gentle spice and sparkling soda water for clean, refreshing cocktails full of bright flavour.
Orange + star anise nymph
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 25ml
Soda water
A dash of Angostura bitters
A twist of orange
Star anise, steeped in a little Black Cow
Step by step
Pour Black Cow over ice in a rocks and top up with soda water.

Twist the orange zest over the drink then run around the rim.

Add zest as garnish with a couple of star anise and a dash of Angostura.

Lime + ginger nymph
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 25ml Soda water A twist of lime Slice of ginger
Step by step
Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a rocks glass.

Fill the glass with ice, add Black Cow and top up with soda water.

Twist the zest over the drink to release the oils, run the lime around the rim and add as a garnish.

Lemon + cardamom nymph
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 25ml
Soda water
A twist of lemon
3-4 cardamom pods, steeped in a little Black Cow
Step by step
Muddle the cardamom pods in the bottom of a rocks glass.

Add a little of the steeping vodka and fill the glass with ice.

Add the Black Cow and top up with soda water.

Twist the zest over the drink to release the oils then run the zest around the rim before adding to the glass as a garnish.

Grapefruit + black peppercorn nymph
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 25ml Soda water A twist of grapefruit 3-4 black peppercorns, steeped in a little Black Cow
Step by step
Muddle the peppercorns in the bottom of a rocks glass with a little of the steeping vodka.

Fill the glass with ice, add Black Cow and top up with soda water.

Twist the zest over the drink to release the oils then run the lemon around the rim before adding the glass as a garnish.
