Cocktail created by TT Liquor’s bar manager, Saša Rudivic.
Ingredients
Black Cow vodka, 40 ml
Mint bitters, 2 dashes
Fig liqueur, 15ml
Lemon juice, 25ml
Yoghurt powder, 1 tbsp
Aqua faba, 15ml
Top with soda water
Optional garnish:
Turkish Delight
Mint
Rose essences
Step by step
Build all the ingredients except the soda water into a shaker.

Shake well.

Add ice to a hi-ball glass and pour into glass.

Top with soda, finish with a spray of rose essences and garnish with Turkish delight and mint.
