HAGGIS MARTINI
A classic martini with a smokey twist. Black Cow Vodka meets a rinse of peated whisky for a delicious martini, ideal to be served alongside a classic Burns Supper of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties.

Ingredients
Black Cow, 45ml
Laphroaig whisky, 5ml
Haggis, neeps and tatties to serve
Step by step
Rinse a chilled martini glass with whisky and pour into an ice-filled mixing glass.

Twirl whisky with ice, strain and discard.

Shake Black Cow with the seasoned ice and strain into the seasoned glass.

Serve alongside haggis, with a twist of lemon if desired.
