TOM'S STRAWBERRY BELLINI
From our friends at Tom’s in Lyme Regis, this Bellini blends Black Cow & English Strawberries with strawberry purée and sparkling wine for a light, fruity finish.

Ingredients
Black Cow & English Strawberries, 50ml
Strawberry purée, 25ml
Castlewood Wine Brut Reserve,
Powdered freeze dried strawberries on the rim of the glass.
Step by step
Shake strawberry puree and Black Cow & English Strawberries vodka with ice.

Roll the rim of the flute glass in the powdered freeze dried strawberries.

Strain into the flute and top with sparkling wine.
