Tom's Strawberry Bellini


 

This Strawberry Bellini from our friends at Tom's in Lyme Regis is utterly delicious and reminds us of sunny seafront evenings. 

Ingredients

Black Cow & English Strawberries, 50ml 
Strawberry purée, 25ml 
Castlewood Wine Brut Reserve,
Powdered freeze dried strawberries on the rim of the glass.

Step by step

Shake strawberry puree and Black Cow & English Strawberries vodka with ice.

Roll the rim of the flute glass in the powdered freeze dried strawberries.
~
Strain into the flute and top with sparkling wine.
