BLACK COW CUCUMBERTINI

Fresh cucumber and a touch of wasabi bring a bright, savoury edge to Black Cow Vodka, shaken ice-cold and finished with olive oil and salt.


Ingredients

Black Cow, 50ml
Vermouth, 15ml
Cucumber slices, 2
Wasabi root, 1cm

 

Step by step

Muddle two slices of cucumber and 1cm of wasabi root in a shaker.
Add Black Cow and vermouth.
Hard shake and then finely strain. into a chilled martini glass.
Add a couple drops of olive oil and salt.
Garnish with a. cucumber ribbon.

Serve immediately
