Stephen Webster - one of Britain’s most recognisable fine jewellers - is known for bold design and a distinctly rock’n’roll point of view. Beneath his boutique in Mayfair’s Burlington Arcade, that spirit takes a different form: No Regrets Lounge, a velvet-curtained speakeasy built around music, art and very good martinis.

At the centre of the menu is the now-famous Flight of Martinis —- three mini martinis served on an engraved tray reading “Enjoy your flight.” Guests choose from a menu of twelve, with options spanning gin, vodka and blended bases. Among them sits a Black Cow vodka serve, bringing a clean, rounded base to the ritual. It’s tasting rather than rushing, precision rather than show.

In a city that rarely slows down, No Regrets offers something different: a place to sink into the lighting, listen to vinyl, and drink a martini exactly as it should be.
