Introducing Black Cow + English Strawberries

We are excited to announce our first flavour innovation - Black Cow + English Strawberries.
Sustainably created at our distillery in West Dorset, using locally-sourced strawberries that are either left-over or too misshapen for sale in UK grocers and farm shops, our seasonal edition has been produced in a limited run for summer 2019.

Black Cow Vodka & English Strawberries only uses strawberries to flavour the vodka, with no added sugar or sweeteners. The berries are pressed and infused in Black Cow Vodka for four days before being filtered and hand bottled.

The result is a strawberry vodka with an unparalleled natural strawberry flavour that is both creamy and smooth, with nuances of almond, vanilla and cinnamon. While crystal clear in appearance, it also has a natural strawberry blush pink colour.

Founders Paul Archard and Jason Barber comment, “Having always used leftover produce which would otherwise go to waste to create Black Cow Vodka, this strawberry variant enables us to reduce waste further whilst creating a delicious new flavour perfect for the summer.”
