We were delighted to help get Soho House’s Sustainability Month under way, with a fantastic food and drink pairing event at their Greek Street venue.
Soho House, the global private members’ club for those in the arts and media, is running sustainability events and masterclasses at all their English locations throughout July.
A seasonal four-course menu was put together by Soho House’s Executive Chef, Jason Parker. Black Cow cocktails were created to accompany each course by our very own Brand Ambassador Dustin MacMillan, who utilised the left-over ingredients from the dishes that the drinks were paired with.
