Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are only available via the Black Cow website. Buy here.

What does my ticket include?

One £75 ticket grants one person entry to The Black Cow Saloon 2021 from Friday 03 September - Sunday 05 September. Camping and car parking is included in the ticket price. It also includes booking fee and VAT.

Are there day tickets available?

No, all tickets are weekend tickets (Friday – Sunday). However, you are able to leave and return to the site over the weekend.

DAILY GATE OPENING TIMES | The gates are open from 16:00 to 21:00 on Friday 03 September and 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday 04 September. However, you can leave the site at any time. The festival closes at 12:00pm on Sunday 05 September.

Can children attend?

Children can attend The Black Cow Saloon however they are not especially catered for. There are no reduced price tickets; all tickets cost £75, including camping.

Can unaccompanied under 18s attend?

Under 18s are not permitted on site without being accompanied by an adult, children tickets must therefore be purchased with those of the attending adult.

Do all weekend tickets include camping?

Yes, our weekend tickets includes camping on Friday and Saturday night. However, if you want to leave the site you can, but please be aware of the gate opening times for re-entry.

What camping does my ticket include?

You can camp in a tent, motorhome or campervan. All tickets cost the same.

Will glamping options be available?

Yes! Black Cow has partnered with Glastonbury-based Hearthworks to offer luxury glamping accommodation at The Black Cow Saloon. Luxury yurts and tipis - sleeping from two to nine people - are now available to book online.

Glamping options need to be booked directly with Hearthworks via it's website. Browse options and book here.

Please note that you must book your glamping and Saloon ticket separately. Book your ticket to The Black Cow Saloon first via the Black Cow website, and then book your glamping directly via Hearthworks.

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID, are tickets refundable?

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19 or other unforeseen circumstances your ticket will be rolled over to the rescheduled date or you’ll be able to get in touch for a full refund.

What Covid precautions are in place?

The Black Cow Saloon is taking place outdoors and will be following government guidelines. Hand sanitiser will be available across the site. Please be aware of others and give people space.

Please do not come to site if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has Covid. If you are unable to attend due to a positive test, we will issue a full refund of your ticket price. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19 you will be offered the option of rolling your ticket over to the rescheduled date or a full refund.

Are tickets refundable?

No, once you have purchased your ticket(s), it is non-refundable, unless we have to cancel/postpone due to communicable diseases (ie. COVID) or any other unforeseeable circumstances (ie. weather)

Do I need to bring ID?

Please ensure you bring ID with you (we run the Challenge 25 policy). Acceptable ID only includes a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license or a passport.

Failure to provide ID when asked will result in non-admittance and no refunds will be given on tickets.

The Black Cow Saloon is taking place near, not in, the village of Seaborough, West Dorset. To find your way to the party site follow either of the directions below. Please note that the Saloon is not taking place at the Black Cow Distillery.

The nearest train station is Crewkerne.

The site is very rural; detailed directions will be provided prior to the event.

What time can I arrive?

The gates open to the public at 16:00 on Friday 03 September. The site closes to the public at 12:00 midday on Sunday 05 September.

Will there be showers onsite?

There will be showers with limited opening times available on site.

What other amenities will be available on site?

There will be plenty of running water, as well as food stalls and bars catering for most dietary requirements. There will be no cash points so please bring plenty with you.

There are few amenities in the local vicinity so come with everything you need for the weekend.

Can I have a fire or BBQ in the campsite?

No, you cannot have your own fires or BBQs in the campsites, or anywhere on site.

Can I bring a campervan or motorhome?

Yes, motorhomes and campervans are permitted and included in the cost of the ticket price. We do not supply power or waste disposal onsite.

Can campervans and tents camp together?

Yes, camping for tents and campervans is in the same area. However, please be aware that any campervans/motorhomes are not able to be moved during the event. Therefore, if you want to leave before 12:00 Sunday, please let the parking steward know and they will ensure you don’t get blocked in by tents!

Please be aware that we do not have facilities for campervans or motorhomes to get rid of black waste.

Can I bring my dog?

No. We have a no animal onsite policy. Guide dogs are permitted.

FOOD & DRINK

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring a small amount of alcohol to drink in the camping fields. There will be plenty of bars serving up local wine, spirits and cider on site.

Is glass allowed onsite?

No glass is permitted onsite. If you are bringing alcohol onsite please decant it into plastic before arriving onsite.

I am a trader interested in having a pitch at The Black Cow Saloon 2021. How do I find out more and apply?

To apply to be a food trader at The Black Cow Saloon 2021 download and complete our Trader Application Form. Terms and conditions, as well as costs, are detailed in the document. The deadline for applications in 12 August 2021.
