bring CASH

The Black Cow Saloon is taking place in a field, deep in the West Dorset countryside. Card payments are therefore limited and should not be relied upon. There are no cash machines on site, or in the local area, so please bring plenty of cash for the weekend.

CAMPING

Please come with a good camping set-up for the weekend. There will be toilets, running water and showers (note that the showers will have limited opening times) available on site. Your ticket includes camping in a tent or campervan. The camping ground is approximately a five minute walk from the car park. Alternatively, book glamping with Heartworks. Details can be found on the Black Cow website.

Covid

The Black Cow Saloon is taking place outdoors and will be following government guidelines. Hand sanitiser will be available across the site. Please be aware of others and give people space.

Please do not come to site if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has Covid. If you are unable to attend due to a positive test, we will issue a full refund of your ticket price. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19 you will be offered the option of rolling your ticket over to the rescheduled date or a full refund.
