Roses and Poses

25ml Lanique
25ml EB Poppy liqueur
20ml lemon
20ml home made botanical cordial
2 dash aromatic bitters
1 drop rose water
Egg white
Lavender aroma to finish

Place all ingredients into a boston, fill with ice, wet then dry shake and double strain into a frozen speak easy. Finish with a gentle spray of lavender aroma and garnish with an edible flower.
